|TRIP COST|

• Package from Lahore: Rs.
• Karachi people can join us in either Lahore or Islamabad.
• We can arrange travel arrangements, hotel accommodation and pick & drop on request
•  Prices are with current fuel rates; Trip cost will fluctuate if fuel increase or decrease.
• Due to natural causes, itinerary might be altered.

 |EXCEPTIONS|

•  Kids under age 3 are free and sit on laps.
• Kids above age 3 to 6 Years charges 50% & give Jumper Seats.
• For Separate Room (twin sharing): 8,000/- per couple additional.

 |Services Included|

• 2 Breakfasts & 1 Dinners
• 1 Night Hotel Accommodation on sharing bases (4 / 5 persons per room)
• Luxury booked air-conditioned transport (Coster / Grand Cabin)
• Basic first aid and tour guidance, All toll taxes and fuels

|Services Excluded|

• Company cannot and will not provide you following services. These are on your own.
• Jeep Charges If Any, Trekking gears (Trekking stick, backpacks or raincoats)
• Any kind of cold drinks, water or tea (Except served by company)
• Serious medical condition is on your own company will provide the basic first aid only
• Personal meal / food order,
• Anything that is not included in services included section.

TRIP DETAIL:

 Day-00

•  Departure from Lahore, 10:00pm

 Day-01

•  Breakfast at Balakot / Kawai at 8:30 AM
• Travel towards Kiwai
• Transfer to Jeeps at Kiwai
• Reach Shogran & check inn hotel
• After short stay for relax, move forward for Sri Lake, Paya Meadows on Jeeps
• Exploring lush green meadows & Professional photography
• Drive back to Shogran at hotel
• Dinner (BBQ) and night stay at hotel Shogran

 Day-02

• Breakfast at hotel at 8:00 AM
• Drive towards Kiwai waterfall on jeeps
• Short stay at Kiwai waterfall
• Drive towards Kunhar River
• Short stay at Kunhar River
• Vist Khanpur Dam (If time available)
• Enjoy Water Activity (Own Expenses)
• Drive back to Lahore
• Dinner on the way (Own Expenses)
• Arrival at Lahore around 12:00 am
• + – 1 to 2 hours due to unfavorable conditions.
• Advengers will ensure that above mentioned or equivalent items will be served

Essentials to Carry

• Backpack (Please avoid suitcases/hard-cases)
• 1 pair of trekking shoes/non-slippery joggers
• 1 warm jacket, Warm trousers, Sweater/Hoodie, Extra pair of warm socks
• Sandals/Flip Flops, Woolen Muffler & cap, Head Torch / Normal Torch
• 1 Rain Coat, Warm shawl

Terms & Conditions:

 Please go through the following terms and conditions. To become the part of Travel Link Pakistan Tourism Services.

All Participants will be read carefully the Policy Document in which each participant should accept before the departure of trip.

1 – Please bring National Identity Card with you.

2 – In case of theft, lost or damage to personal belongings during the trip, Company / Organizers or Guides will not be held responsible in any case.

3 – In Case of any unforeseen happening which cause any loss related to health or any personal belongings, Management will not be responsible.

4 – Please take care about the other participants’ respect, anyone found guilty in this regard will be immediately dropped from the rest of the trip.

5 – Keeping or Taking Any Drug or Narcotics during Trip or Traveling with Travel Link Pakistan is strictly Prohibited, any person found guilty in this regard will be immediately drop from rest of the trip.

6 – In case of any unwanted weather conditions, the Management will decide any other possible option.

7 – If due to some political issues or any other unwanted situation, the trip is cancelled then all participants will be paid back 50% of their total dues.

8 – 75% Deduction on payment that you gave in the foam of advance, if anyone cancels their booking in the last three days before departure.

9 – For any unwanted situation caused by you, organizers will not be held responsible and will not be held accused in any case.

10 – Participants cannot bring any kind of explosive material or any weapon with them.

11 – On adventure trek of this type, weather, local politics, transport, or a multitude of other factors beyond the control of organizers can result in a change of itinerary. It is, however, very unlikely that the itinerary would be substantially altered;

If alterations are necessary the Leader and Guide will decide what is the best alternative, taking into consideration the best interests of the whole group.

12 – The members will take care that they are not involved in any character failing activity during Trip.

Every humanly possible care will be taken for the safety of members, still each venture can be fraught with endangers of unforeseen natural disasters like avalanches and crevasse falls or any other accidents and sometimes such disasters cannot be ruled out. In any such type of accident during the whole tour,

The company, group leader and the tour organizers will not be held responsible in any form.
